If for any reason you wish to return the lenses, you have up to 30 days to return the lenses, unopened, for a full refund (not including the shipping and handling charges).

Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the result of the refund is our error, or to replace a defective lens.

In this case, we will refund you reasonable return shipping charges for regular mail shipments.

Disposable lenses and Color Disposable lenses are non-refundable.

Please notify us ahead of time that you are returning your purchase.

Please include the reason for return. Wrap the package securely, and send it to the address listed on your receipt.
